We specialize in medium-medium-dark roasted coffee*.

• Chook's Blend - A full bodied, well rounded, low acidity blend, designed specifically for espresso. The flavour profile is dominated by dark chocolate tones with hint of delicate spice and a caramel finish. The perfect base for milk based coffee.

• The Barrel of Monkeys' Blend - A nine bean blend, making it the most consistent coffee blend all year round. Blackcurrant base in espresso, with malt and vanilla notes coming through in milk based coffee.

• The Other Blend - The fruitiest of the Fayale blends, comprising of a light roasted guatemalan bean, lending notes of stone fruit and chocolate.

• Decaffeinated Coffee - 100% Swiss Water processed decaf Colombian beans
